Describe the issue
When we open the "Bookmarks and Tracks" page in the app, it displays a list of bookmarks.
For example, I have a list named "List 1". When I click on it, the app navigates to another page showing all the bookmarks of "List 1".

However, if I change the list (e.g., from "List 1" to "List 2"), the change is not reflected in the App Bar title. Instead:

The updated name ("List 2") is displayed in the Notes section.
When I navigate back to the "Bookmarks and Tracks" page, the updated name is reflected.
Upon navigating back to the "List 2" page, the App Bar title now correctly shows the updated name.

Steps to reproduce

Open the "Bookmarks and Tracks" page in the app.
Select a list (e.g., "List 1") and navigate to its details page.
Switch to another list (e.g., "List 2").
Observe the App Bar title—it still shows the old list name ("List 1").
Navigate back to the "Bookmarks and Tracks" page and then return to the list page.
The App Bar title now reflects the updated list name ("List 2").

Expected behaviour
The App Bar title should update immediately when the list is changed (e.g., from "List 1" to "List 2") without requiring navigation back and forth.

System information

Operating system and its version: Android 14
Organic Maps version: 2024.11.27-12-Google
Device Model: Motorola G64 5G
