Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
So, image you want to plan a route from, for example, Kiel (Germany) to Munich (Germany). Calculating this route will take some time, let's say 40 seconds (this is my real time on a Pixel 6a).

Describe the ideal solution
Now what would be ideal would be to have the routes I already calculated being cached, so that I don't have to recalculate them again and again.
Also the cache should be as long as possible (if it doesnt consume too much space). So at best it's as long as the map data is the same.

Describe alternatives you have considered
Well, there is issue #1785, but that is only talking about saving, not caching.
