Describe the issue
Organic Maps is routing vehicles through barrier nodes that are tagged with motor_vehicle=no.

Steps to reproduce

Construct a route where the shortest path goes through such a barrier (example location below).
Observe that Organic Maps routes you through the barrier, rather than taking a detour around it.

Expected behaviour
Organic Maps should route you around the barrier.

Note that the warning icon is about an unpaved section of road, not the barriers.

System information:

Operating system and its version: iOS 18.2.1.
Organic Maps version: ⁦2025.01.26-7.9863.4388⁩.
Map data: 21st January 2025.
Device Model: iPhone XS Max.

Additional context
Unsure if this is a regression or if it’s always been like this.

Perhaps the OSM tagging is incorrect..? A barrier with an access restriction seems like correct tagging to me though.
