@rtsisyk this pr fixes the deprecation warnings for the insets. It uses the WindowInsetsCompat, which works for API 21+.

I also added a simple null check to fix organicmaps/organicmaps#4241. Its not the best fix, but a better one would involve refactoring the routing view and I don't have that time :)

I could not reproduce the crash, so yeah I'll add a comment so we know this section may sometimes be called before the insets are initialized

I probably found the root cause:

MwmActivity now checks for Acitivity.isDestroyed() in all callbacks from LocationHelper to avoid any UI operations on already destroyed MwmActivity. This issue caused organicmaps/organicmaps#4550 and organicmaps/organicmaps#4570.
