The published board is for tracking efforts and initiatives executed as Projects. By Project in this context we mean a temporary and unique endeavor undertaken to achieve specific objectives within a defined timeframe, utilizing allocated resources. Projects are distinct from ongoing operations or business processes, as they are characterized by their temporary nature, with clear start and end dates.

Any task that satisfies one or more of the following criteria below should be executed as a project.

is estimated to take over 320 hours (effort)
has a difficult to understand problem or solution is considered to be complicated
must be delivered within a short or specific timeframe
has dependencies to other projects
involves contracting with external parties
funded by a sponsor or through a grant

The board is not for tracking backlogs of features requests, bugs, technical dent, improvement ideas, ad-hoc tasks, small improvements, etc. Please refer to the issue tracker in organicmaps/organicmaps repository instead.
