label paths with banned access appropriately #8317

yes, and #1454 is very closely related but about visual representation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently path with access=no or access=private is also labelled "Path" which gives no required info.

Which is often confusing. See bottom of report for image of one such case I encountered yesterday.

Describe the ideal solution
A clear and concise description of what you want to see in Organic Maps.

Describe at least pedestrian and cyclist access.

For example:

highway=path should still have "Path"

highway=path access=no should have "Path, entry forbidden"

highway=path access=private foot=yes bicycle=yes should still have "Path"

highway=path bicycle=no should have "Path, cycling banned"

highway=path foot=no should have "Path, walking banned"

highway=path foot=no or highway=path access=private foot=yes should have "Path, cycling banned" (the same other paths where walking is allowed but cycling banned)

highway=path foot=no or highway=path access=private bicycle=yes should have "Path, walking banned" (the same other paths where walking is allowed but cycling banned)

Note: I am not strongly feeling about descriptions, just that this info should be somehow exposed. It AFAIK is there already for routing anyway.

Describe alternatives you have considered

Maybe #1454 would be sufficient?
