Describe the issue
"Abandoned" railway tracks are rendered in the same way as typical in-use railway tracks are, while "disused" railways are rendered more faintly.

Expected behaviour
According to the OSM wiki, "abandoned" railways mark where railway lines used to be, and have since been dismantled. "Disused" railways on the other hand still exist, but are simply no longer in use.
As such, it would make the most sense to have "disused" and active railway lines render the same (since they are both physically present), while having "abandoned" lines be rendered faintly (since they have been dismantled).
