Belgium is quite simple because there is only four public transportation operators in the country. In addition to this, there is trans-border train operators.

In the EU, transport operators are obliged to make their data open. In Belgium, a common platform was created to centralize this data on Transportdata. However, the datasets do not seem to be the latest and it appears that Transportdata needs to go chasing the operators so they comply.

A third-party, the Open Planner Team makes the GTFS of every operator available on their iRail website (a route planner for trains in Belgium). There is consistently a "latest.zip", which would be an easy generalization for Belgian operators. This is however a third-party and it might be a better idea to obtain the data directly from official sources.

SNCB - NMBS
This is the national train operator.
You have to submit a request to obtain the GTFS. Here is the licence contract to be submitted to gtfs@sncb.be .

STIB - MIVB
This is the public transportation of the Region Brussels-Capital (bus, tram and metro).
The GTFS are directly free to use. There is also an API available.
No GTFS on Transportdata.

De Lijn
This is the public transportation of the Flemish Region (bus and tram).
You have to submit a request to obtain the GTFS. Here is the contact form, you have to select "Explain your question or problem -> You want to use our static travel information data (GTFS or CSV)".
