Describe the issue
Pre-conditions: no location information available (e.g. in-house while network-based location services turned off).
"Navigation -> Night Mode -> Auto" option does not have any effect.

Steps to reproduce

Set "Night Mode -> Off", OM use light theme
Set "Night Mode -> Auto", OM does not change anything
Set "Night Mode -> On", OM switches to use use dark theme
Set "Night Mode -> Auto", OM does not change anything

Expected behaviour
When Auto mode is enabled, user expects OM to use light theme in daytime and dark in night. From user point of view it is not logical that auto switching does not work when location information is unavailable.
Taking in account that having no location information on application startup is very common situation, this issue maybe significant.

System information:

Operating system and its version: Android 13
Organic Maps version: 2024.11.12-7-FDroid
Device Model: Google Pixel 7a

Additional context
The most obvious solution for this issue would be to use local time and saved sunrise/sunset times from before when location is unknown and for the first run to use some default values, like 6am/6pm.

Other input here that purpose of night mode not to inform user that it is already dark outside, but to decrease brightness in the dark. Sunrise/sunset times does not actually provide information about brightness level around the user. Probably it is reasonable to combine sunrise/sunset logic with information from light sensor.
