Describe the issue
In the "Download map" section, parts of Norway are missing, more precise the former province (admin_level=4) "Viken", which is split up again since 2024-01-01 into Buskerud, Akershus, and Østfold.

I guess the former download configuration of "Viken" no longer doesn't match the current provinces, thus most of Southern Norway isn't available. The download list also shows a lot of the "old provinces" (eg. Oppland, Hedmark),which now have melted to new, bigger ones (e.g. "Innlandet"), but in this case the old provinces seem to work.

Karte finden > Norwegen > "+"

Expected behaviour
Show: Buskerud, Akershus, and Østfold

Screenshots
shows: Bouvetinsel, Hedmark, Hordaland, Jan Mayen, ... but no Buskerud and no Viken either.

System information:
Android 7.0

cross-checked on another installation
