No alert for (some) speed cameras #3178

I would appreciate if someone could help me understand why some cameras are not being announced.
I will add examples here.

My guess is that it is somehow related to #2693.

Case 1

I'm here now: Speed Camera. Click this link om://84GVpz4OLZ/Speed_Camera or this one https://omaps.app/84GVpz4OLZ/Speed_Camera to see the place on the map.

48.10805° N, 16.32057° E

Case 2

48.24137° N, 16.37230° E

Edit: This camera is actually announced but in the wrong direction! It monitors the traffic coming from North-West, not South-East.

This route file can be used to simulate driving through the zone of this camera.

Case 3

None of the cameras at exit from Vienna were announced:

while the ones in the opposite direction were. The listed ones don't have any relations created so I'm wondering how the app decides if a camera applies to a (section of a) road.

I've noticed that some other apps have an algorithm which announces all cameras in the road proximity so often gets false alarms as the camera is pointed to the opposite direction.

Not sure if the TTS tag limits it to announcements only but there is no alert at all - audio or visual - on the map when approaching these cameras.

Having a navigation simulation mode, like some apps do, would perhaps help to see what happens in certain areas of the map and identify why these cameras are not recognized. I've done some basic comparison on OSM to the cameras that are causing an alert but could not see anything obvious in the OSM tags. They appeared the same or very similar.
