Subject: [PATCH] [strings] Fix capitalization in English

fixing initial ones is especially useful as new contributors will see them when checking preferred style
maybe script checking all would be nice

note that Capital Letter For Every Word may be preferred for English but would be silly for some other languages, like Polish
