Ferenc Géczi 5d75a1d8d6 [github/workflows] Separate appstream validation from builds ... * The builds themselves do not need the metainfo * The metainfo validation doesn't need the builds either * Do not waste time electricity on things that are not needed * The builds still rely on a not 100% available master.apis.dev.openstreetmap.org service, and when it is down, we should still be able to write release notes into the appstream metainfo.
