This PR continues the organicmaps/organicmaps#10213 and implements the 2d step of the Search screen refactoring.

Changes:

new Clear search history cell syle
results cells: added icons
results cells: removed italic font style from the address
results cells: min fonts size replaced from the 12 to 13 to increase readibility
results cells: some regular font width is increased to the medium (type of feature, distance, open/close) to increase readibility
results cells: title font weight is always bold when there is no partial matching (like: Sisauri with matching, but Sisauri without)
cells xibs implementations are replaced with programmatic where possible
fixed separators between cells
