A quick fix related to #3450, should help users to understand if something is wrong with the position. Now it's hard to distinguish between blue and grayish-blue.

Maybe a better color can be chosen, like grey-grey, without any blue. The main idea is to make it very clear to anyone when a position is outdated. It requires some experimenting.

Also, it can be helpful to display how actual is the position at least in the PP, when the arrow is selected, but maybe also on the screen. E.g. if it's older than a minute, start drawing something like "1min ago" under the arrow.

The timeout interval to change the arrow color to "outdated" also changed from 30 seconds to 10 seconds. Our users need to see that GPS was lost ASAP.
