I have mixed feelings here, not about the PR itself, but about atomic<shared_ptr> here.

But I see a lot more potential problems if we have concurrent Editor::LoadEdits or concurrent ConfigLoader::ctor, like what atomic is supposed to protect here.

Am I missing something?

UPD: I see, the code is correct and we may have concurrent read/write at least for m_features when Editor::SaveTransaction and some other Get function.
