Looks like you messed up other files. I would recommend you download all files from here: https://github.com/organicmaps/organicmaps/tree/master/data/strings
add translations locally, using some simple text editor, and then send these files to us here or by email, so we can properly integrate them.

You have select bad branch, replace organicmaps:github-actions-update by organicmaps:master (use button edit at the top of PR).

Did you use Github on browser, Git or Github Desktop ?
You have need to sign your commit to fix DCO check -> more information here and here
